Does it wrong way to create link like
on resources page?
Here “target=_blank” is Java script,
As per your point no. 10 this is against link building policy.
Why?
I use this script because visitor may not leave my website by clicking once.
Visitor might not come back again in our website.
Let me know regarding the same.
Thanks and Regards,
James.

java script links means link partner website redirect our website through their website, so link juice which we want we didn’t get that b’caz of java script redirect
